Come as you are. Your story belongs here! In partnership with Earth + Salt, Ferene invites you into a heart-centered evening of storytelling, reflection, and connection for those navigating perimenopause, menopause, and the many in-between seasons of becoming.
Designed for femme and non-binary people ages 30+, this gathering offers space to honor the changes happening within our bodies, minds, and spirits. Through guided storytelling, conversation, and collective reflection, participants are invited to share their truths, laugh together, witness one another, and remember that none of us are meant to move through these transitions alone.
Whether you're just beginning to notice changes or have been living this season for years, you'll leave feeling more connected—to yourself, to your story, and to a community that understands.
